Are you an exceptional designer, architect or project coordinator with a passion for strategic design as a tool for driving the transition towards a fairer, more convivial, low carbon society?
We at Transition by Design are looking to expand our team. We are seeking a passionate individual for a new role which bridges the diversity of our work.
For those not familiar with Transition by Design, we are a non-profit architecture and strategic design worker’s co-operative based in Oxford. We believe in using the power of design thinking and participatory design processes to empower communities and create beautiful, low-impact spaces and places.
We are a small, democratically run and self-managing team of five architects and designers currently expanding our work in key areas.
We’d love to hear from individuals with a commitment to, and experience with, collective decision making, multi-stakeholder collaboration and an enthusiasm for being part of the running and development of our organisation.
This would be the kind of person with the drive to carve out their own piece of TbD, challenging the co-op to move in new directions.
