Charity Mentors Oxfordshire offers free-of-charge, short-term, focused mentoring to the people who lead Oxfordshire’s not-for-profits. We know, from their feedback and our own impact evaluation, that this is a highly valued and well respected service. We want to make sure that as many organizations as possible get to hear about who we are and what we do, so that they too can take advantage of this amazing free service. We need someone to help us to spread the word.

I just thought I’d come back and respond to our own advert! We got 3 very good applicants and have now appointed someone. (I think it’s interesting to know how many of these posts get filled. I often wonder when I see similar adverts from other organisations how they got on. There might also be scope for alerting strong contenders for a particular post about other vacancies that they might not be aware of. This goes for trustee vacancies as well.)
